Great Black Shark – 3.0 CSi

We have a genuine, factory BMW 3.0 CSi under restoration and in progress. Interested? Get in touch now – Car is to be finished 2026.
The car has been stripped, dis-assembled, the bodywork performed and taken to bare-metal. The car is now at the paintshop. A genuine 3.0 CSi that is open to your specs and will be assembled with a rebuilt drivetrain, rebuilt suspension and all new trim and interior.

In 2024-2025 we have restored and built the pictured Black BMW 3.0 CSi. The car had found a new caretaker in an instance, a returning customer. Another respected customer liked the car and it’s color combination so much – he asked us to build another one (pictured as well). And so we did – the 2nd 086 Schwarz over Black leather 3.0 CSi was finished December of 2025.

We now have a third one coming. The car was completely stripped, bodywork was performed correctly and the car has been sanded to bare metal afterwards. The car is now at the paintshop for a new coat of paint. 086 Black Schwarz is what we have in mind – Although we’re open to ‘Paint to Sample’.

Engine:
Matching Numbers, Rebuilt engine with all new bearings, chain, tensioner and seals. All aluminium parts media-blasted for new factory look. 
Cleaned & Tested Injectors. New radiator, coolant hoses, waterpump, thermostat rebuilt alternator & startermotor. All ignition parts replaced. Engine correctly set-up and tuned. 

Complete new Stainless steel exhaust. New fuelpump, lines, filter.

Transmission:
Factory 4-speed Gearbox – Rebuilt and media-blasted. New Clutch set, new seals. Rebuilt shifting mechanism, new shiftknob.
Fancy a 5-speed Gearbox upgrade? That’s possible.

Drivetrain:
Rebuilt Differential, rebuilt drive-shaft. 

Front & Rear Axle 
All metal parts powdercoated. Re-assembled with all new bushings, plated hardware, bearings etc. New Shocks, powdercoated springs. New steering-rods. Rebuilt steering-rack. Powdercoated sway-bars with new links. 

Brakes:
Front & Rear: Rebuilt and zinc-plated brake calipers w/ new Brake discs w/ Pads. New brakelines, hoses, brakefluid. Rebuilt mastercylinder.

Exterior:
 Beltline trim completely NOS new, Raingutter trim new, new emblems, new mirrors, all new seals. Grilles on bonnet and fenders brand new.
Re-chromed bumpers, new bumper strips, new headlights, polished taillights, new blinkers and much more! Full set of tinted-glass.

Interior:
Reupholstered red leather interior, new set of carpets, new black headliner, new doorpanels, new doorgaskets, reupholster center console. New Nardi steering wheel, restored cherry wood, radio and new set of automatic 3-point seatbelts.

Trunk:
Completely Reupholstered. New covers of the wheelbousings from BMW. New wood and neatly reupholstered in grey vinyl. Restored spare wheel with new tyre, tools tray. Restored and coated fueltank.

Airconditioning:
Our upgraded A/C system. Looks 100% OEM and Original E9 but works better.
New, modern Compressor in custom bracket, new condensor, new drier, lines, wiring, fan etc. System blows cold on R134a modern gas.

Wheels / Tires:
Our trademark new 16″ set of wheels. Ofcourse new centercaps, wheelnuts, emblems and new tires. Restored spare-wheel w/ new tire.

The car will be assembled in 2026 with the greatest care. All new hardware, powdercoated parts and zinc-plated locks, brackets etc. All systems work and have been checked and tested.

Ca. 150 test kilometers to sort teething problems and make for a reliable and excellent driving E9.
