Up to date 550 Maranello

A Ferrari 550 Maranello with gated shifter in a beautiful understated color combination.

This 550 was sold new in Italy and found it’s way to Germany and the UK later on. Delivered in timelessly beautiful 101/C Argento Nürburgring over a black leather interior. A very extensive service history and properly documented throughout the years. The car’s latest service was done in October 2024 and includes a new timing belt with rollers, new Pirelli tyres, valve cover gaskets and A/C service – Performed 300 km’s ago.

A very well documented and correct Ferrari 550. The car was used and serviced throughout its time. Both a stamped service book and a rich history file is present with the kilometers all adding up. The body shows no signs of accident damage and wears fantastic paint. The front bumper has been repainted recently and the car hardly shows usermarks on it’s body. Correct panelgaps, straight and a deep shine in the paint. It doesnt show it’s mileage both inside and out.

The interior is very correct, original and clean. Beautiful black leather in great and supple condition. Sticky parts have been dealt with. No loose leather on steering wheel and airbag panel. A clean and original engine bay. We have removed the inlet manifolds and had them restored to the correct finish and fitted them again with new gaskets. The undercarriage is very clean, tidy and original.

The windows show their Ferrari codes. The tyres are 2023 & 2024 date-coded Pirreli P-Zero’s and great upgrade in the car’s stance and appearance has been done: H&R wheel spacers front & back. In my eyes the only modification the 550 needs.
The car was really well taken care of. In 2022 brake rotors + pads in the Front & Back have been replaced along with the brakefluid, battery, sparkplugs, power steering lines. In 2017 the rear shock absorbers have been replaced and the clutch was replaced in 2015 along with the flywheel and motormounts.

The car drives fantastic. The engine idles nice and makes great power, the gearbox shifts as it should and the suspension very healthy. The sport-mode firms up the ride. One of the better driving 550’s!
