One of the best examples on the market today

The E30 3-series Convertible was built from 1985 up to 1994. The regular 3-series got the facelift in 1987, the Convertible was facelift in late-1990. This car is quite a unique one: right in the middle. It has the early, steel bumpers painted in body color which is correct for 1990. It has the updated ellipsoid headlights and this car has the EH-Automatic-transmission which is computer controlled. 

This very 325iA was ordered through BMW Dealer Hermann Kuhn GmbH in Offenburg and it was first registered on the 2nd of May 1990. Ordered in Brilliant red with Anthracite Checkered upholstery. And great options too: Shadowline trim, 15″ Alloy wheels, Bavaria C II radio, M-Sport Suspension and sports steeringwheel. All the original documents are present: Owner’s manual and the original servicebook with all dealer stamps. The car was maintained correct from 0 to 143k kilometers today. Everything is present. 

Now, in 2023 we are 32 years and only 143.000 kilometers further on. It’s a beautifully original non-restored car. It mainly wears original paint. It has never been welded and is wearing all original bodypanels. The paint is beautiful and the body is very straight. Original fenders, doors and perfect sills and jack-points.

In the trunk its shows high-gloss original paint and a never-mounted spare tire. The set of tools is present and complete. The manually operated softtop has been replaced in recent weeks.

The same goes for the engine bay: all original. No rust, all original paint and decals. The M20 engine runs nice and quiet. Recently it had a major service from us. It shifts through the gears with great ease. The car still sits on the original wheels with a set of new tires.

The interior looks great. The original steeringwheel, and nice dashboard and original instrument and switchgear. Cloth upholstery is great in an E30 Convertible: It doesnt get as hot as leather and is much quiter when driving. 

The car comes with a German Historic Registration (H-Kennzeichen), The E30 Usermanual, The Bavaria C II Usermanual, BMW Service-addressbook, the servicebook with all stamps and services from 0 to 143k kilometers, complete set of tools, un-used sparewheel, jack and lots and lots of invoices documenting previous history and repairs.
