Timeless Saab Classic

The best Saab 900 Convertible on the market? This 1992 Saab 900 S Convertible was sold new in Italy and remained in the Rome area throughout it’s life. Owned by Mr. Matielli (born 1944) from Rome up til the car was un-registered in 2018. The car drove on Numberplate RM0H9073 and has been sitting out of useage since 2018. Earlier this year we’ve bought this excellent Saab, brought to Oldenzaal and did a recommissioning. The condition is amazing. Just 52.000 kilometers, no rust at all and a fanastic exterior and interior. 

A very high quality and very original Saab Convertible. The paint and body are in amazing condition, hardly any usermarks, mostly original paint. It has the highly beloved, soughter after and great looking Aero Package consisting of a wider set of anthracite plastic around the body.
The engine bay is beautiful. All original paint, spotwelds, decals and tags. The engine runs beautiful and really ‘sings’ like a proper-low-kilometers car does. The same goes for the transmission. No noises at all. Clear headlights, beautiful trim, nice taillights and emblems. We’ve had the set of 4 Aero wheels professionally restored and fitted with new tyres. 

The trunk is very clean and original and the car shows clean bodywork below the trunk mat.

The interior is in excellent shape, one of the best Saab 900 interiors seen. Very clean and all original.
All original, untouched and as it was from the factory. A beautiful dashboard, wood in excellent condition. The carpet looks like new and so do the doorpanels. This is really something special.

The roof works perfectly at the touch of the button. It’s the original roof in a good and original condition. The undercarriage and wheel wells have been cleaned extensively and came out great. No rust, never welded.
The car drives amazing, it looks, feels and runs like a 52.000 kilometer Saab. The engine runs very smooth and ‘signs’, the transmission shifts very lightly and easily. Suspension and brakes in excellent shape. The A/C blows cold, the Turbocharger does what it should and the electric roof works perfectly.
